What is public record vs. what to cite

American Royalty Buyers' Permian dataset is built from public drilling-permit records filed with the Texas Railroad Commission and the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division, plus published rig and spot-price reports. Those underlying facts are public data — you are free to use them and do not need permission.
