The Permian activity datasets — statistics, the operator and county leaderboards, and the royalty-payor directory — are now published as a single named data catalog, so a citation can reference the catalog and its as-of date rather than an isolated page.
Each dataset now states its measured variables, its measurement technique, the exact date range it covers, and which state regulator filed the underlying records — so the numbers can be checked against their source without reading the page.
The payor-name index — every subsidiary, legacy, and acquired-company name a royalty check arrives under, mapped to the operator running the wells — is now downloadable as a CSV alongside the existing operator and county files. Free to reuse with attribution.
